   Return Policy


Nicom Return Conditions

  • General Rules and Policies Equipment must be returned complete. Return Authorization instructions are given below. If partial or wrong equipment is received at Nicom, we allow 15 business days to correct the problem, after which the credit value of the Return Authorization (RA) will be adjusted.
  • Defective equipment will be accepted only under the warranty terms of Nicom for replacement
    of the product.
  • Return of defective equipment will be accepted 90 days from the date of the advanced replacement. If returned after 90 days, equipment may not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. The invoice amount for the advanced replacement will be due to Nicom.
  • Return for credit of Nicom equipment will be accepted up to 30 days from date of invoice without a restocking charge, provided the product is sent back in its original packaging. Between 30 and 90 days, Nicom will accept the product with a minimum 20% restocking fee if product is sent back with all the original equipment and packaging. A minimum 40% restocking fee will be charged if equipment is not sent back with all original packaging plus the cost of missing or damaged items. After 90 days, Nicom will not accept equipment for credit to invoice.
  • Nicom will not accept returns of Special Order equipment when you have been previously
    notified of the Special Order status of the sales order.

Return Authorization Instructions

  • Please call your local sales agent for a return authorization.
  • Whenever possible, return equipment in its original box using the original packaging material. Ship returned equipment as a complete unit so that Nicom can give you maximum credit for your Return Authorization shipment. Please include all items packed in the original equipment box such as:

          Cords
          Adapters
          Batteries
          Antennae
          Handsets
          User Guides
          Carrying Cases
          Power Cords
          Power Supplies
          Manuals

  • Place the completed RA form into the box with returning product. Nicom's receiving department cannot accept a shipment without a return authorization. Return the shipment to:
