Any defect in materials or workmanship.
Length of Warranty
One year, except for Wholesale and Special Purchases.
Batteries, cords and handsets are limited to a 90-day
warranty policy.
What Nicom Can Do
If the product you purchased from Nicom is defective
and returned within the warranty period starting from
the date of shipment, Nicom will replace it with a
product of the same or similar design, or a refurbished
product at no charge to you. The replacement product
will be warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period.
Limitations
Implied warranties, including those of fitness for
a particular purpose and merchantability (an unwritten
warranty that the product is fit for ordinary use),
are limited to one-year from the date of shipment.
Nicom will not pay for loss of use of your product,
for damages caused by the product
or its failure to work, or for any other incidental
or consequential damages. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to
you.
What is not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from
accidents, damage while in transit to our location,
alterations to the equipment, unauthorized repair,
failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood,
and acts of God.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other
rights may vary state to state.
