in late 2003. The company's offerings include wiring and installation services, traditional and IP telephony solutions, voice networking, carrier services and maintenance services. Its employees have over 25 years
of industry experience, collectively.

This relationship will enable Nicom to better serve its Capital District customers as well as re-enforce its commitment towards this growing market. As a result of this arrangement, Nicom is the only Avaya
Platinum and 3-Star Global Services Business Partner with a local office in the territory.
