(ACS) is the ideal audio conferencing solution
for your company.
The Avaya ACS solution consists of two
complementary systems: the ACS and the Internet
Meeting Manager (IMM). The ACS sets up and
manages conference calls while the IMM,
a complete Web-based reservation and management
system, automates the reservation process
and directs the ACS. So, even if you already
have an in-house audio bridge, the enhanced
capabilities of the Avaya ACS make migration
an attractive alternative.
With this solution, you can schedule unattended
calls, initiate unattended calls on-demand,
and coordinate high-touch, personally attended
calls—all at the same time. The Avaya
ACS is 100% standards compliant, so you
only need a standard telephone to use it.
In most cases, you can join conferences
via a touchtone phone, although you can
talk to an operator if you need help.
