SG5/5X Security Gateways are compact VPN/firewall
devices designed for telecommuter and small
office deployments that require an easy-to-use
integrated security solution for data and
VoIP applications.
The SG5 features two 10/100
Ethernet interfaces for easy connectivity,
an external power supply, and no moving
parts to ensure quiet operation. The SG5X
adds an integrated 8-port switch (one port
reserved for the public interface) that
eliminates the need for a separate switch
to connect other devices in the office.
Both units support dynamic IP addressing,
allowing easy connectivity to any DSL or
Cable Modem broadband service.
